SEPA pain.001 validator — lite / local BYO — 2026-11-05 XSDHub authored the factual checks, explanations and fictional samples independently. These are limited technical checks, not protected EPC/bank text or a complete EPC profile. This release distributes no ISO, EPC, bank schema, TVS, external code list, Schematron or new plugin. ISO downloads returned HTTP 403 on the build VPS; no HTML error response is used as a schema. Use https://www.iso20022.org/iso-20022-message-definitions?business-domain%5B0%5D=1 and the official archive. ISO is the sole official source of current ISO 20022 repository materials; XSDHub is independent. ISO IPR: https://www.iso20022.org/intellectual-property-rights ISO terms: https://www.iso20022.org/terms-use Repository use/reproduction rights differ from paid ISO standard books. EPC / bank / TVS rights are not inferred from public availability. No such pack is redistributed. BYO requires sufficient local processing rights and provenance; runtime/server/BYO does not remove restrictions. Each supplied self-contained XSD needs source URL, publisher, version/validity, acquisition date, concrete rights, notices and calculated SHA256. No dependencies or ZIPs are accepted in the lite BYO form; use the existing bounded multi-file workbench separately. No official schema artifact has been verified or bundled; supplied schema identity is user-declared. Existing libxml2-wasm 0.7.2 engine: MIT, copyright retained in /vendor/libxml2/LICENSE. libxml2: MIT, notices retained in /vendor/libxml2/LICENSE.libxml2. All existing engine files and licences are pinned by SHA256 in the release evidence; no new engine dependency. No account existence, Verification of Payee, name–IBAN match, balance, bank cutoff or bank acceptance checks. Dates: independent plausibility warnings against explicit reference date; no November 2026 address rejection. Unknown bank and full EPC profile remain unchecked even after supplied schemas pass.
