KSeF FA(3) validator

Check XML structure against the official FA(3) schema, version 1-0E, CRD form 13775.

Privacy policy

10 MB XML, 20 seconds per check. Temporary files are deleted after processing; request contents are not logged. Nothing is submitted to KSeF. Use test data for privacy.

Batch upload is available for all six formats: EN 16931, XRechnung, Factur-X, KSeF, RO e-Factura and HR-CIUS. Free: one file; Pro: 25; Team: 100. Files run sequentially with per-file results and JSON export. Each checked file counts toward the shared browser/API invoice allowance: Pro 250 or Team 1,000 per UTC day.

FA(2) vs FA(3): KSeF schema version

FA(3) replaced FA(2) on 1 February 2026. Published on 25 June 2025, it is CRD form 13775. Its system code is FA (3), schema version is 1-0E and WariantFormularza is 3. This validator does not validate FA(2). Replacing the namespace and header is insufficient for migration: review the whole FA(3) structure and code lists.

The result covers XSD structure and data types only. Arithmetic, VAT treatment, NIP checksums, permissions, signatures, QR codes, KSeF acceptance and UPO are not checked. A pass is not certification.
