BR-26: Each invoice line needs a net price
This rule is retained in the rule index. Its previous repair example has been withdrawn because removing the whole Price group reproduced the code indirectly.
Removing only UBL PriceAmount or CII ChargeAmount is rejected by the production XSD check before business rules execute. These direct missing-field tests therefore do not produce BR-26 in this engine. Restore the required item net price in the exporter.
