Generation stays local. Optional server validation sends this draft to XSDHub only, using the existing single-invoice endpoint and request limits. No tax authority or Peppol transmission; no customer XML storage.

No draft yet. Try the fictional invoice, import CSV, or fill the form.

One explicit invoice model

Every field is required. Enter supplier and customer registration/VAT identifiers, electronic address and scheme, contact data, country codes, dates, buyer and order references yourself. Country and B2G reference requirements are never inferred. Fictional examples do not supply real identifiers for your invoice.

CSV: one header, one invoice line per row, identical invoice metadata on every row. Header order may vary. Use commas, double quotes around fields containing commas, quotes or line breaks, and double embedded quotes. A UTF-8 BOM is accepted. Unknown, duplicate or missing columns and inconsistent metadata are rejected.

Type 380, EUR, bank transfer code 30, standard VAT category S; units C62, HUR or DAY. Quantity and net price allow at most 12 integer digits and 6 decimals; VAT rate allows 2 decimals and must be greater than 0 and at most 100. Decimal dot only, no grouping, sign, exponent or ambiguous date. Dates use YYYY-MM-DD (1900–9999). No discounts, charges, credit notes, exemptions, zero-rating or other target profiles in this version.

Exact arithmetic: round quantity × net unit price to cents per line, half up. Sum rounded line amounts by VAT rate. Round each group’s taxable amount × rate / 100 to cents, half up; sum group taxes. Payable = net + VAT. Maximum for each line, group, tax and invoice total: EUR 999999999999.99. No floating point totals or payment rounding.

The existing package checks UBL 2.1 XSD, EN 16931 1.3.16 and XRechnung 3.0.2 rules 2.6.0. Its prescribed ProfileID identifies the billing process; no additional Peppol validation layer is added. Downloads stay locked for errors, incomplete checks, unknown package versions or a changed draft. No VAT advice, PDF/A claim or external acceptance claim. Existing package sources, hashes and notices.

Data stays in page memory until cleared or closed. No invoice is saved to localStorage. Existing measurement preferences, DNT and GPC apply. Processing details.
