Understand each layer

XML syntax, supplied XSD, independent business checks, plausibility and supplied-rule execution have separate statuses. Complete official rules and legal applicability remain unchecked. Unknown profiles and unsupported workflows never get full green approval. This is Romania’s own eTransport XML, not UBL DespatchAdvice or RO e-Factura.

• Independent checks: CUI digit shape/checksum where applicable; partner country versus operation; tariff-code shape (4/6/8 digits); positive quantity and weights, net ≤ gross; route endpoint/address presence, direction and operation; vehicle/trailer shape and distinctness.
• Conditions are reported separately. Net weight and tariff presence depend on operation; CNP/NIF/PF validity is not inferred from a CUI check. Reference date and your optional window are plausibility inputs, never a legal timing decision.
• No UIT issue or confirmation, GPS tracking, SPV/OAuth, ANAF upload, official code-list membership, party/vehicle registration or permission to transport. Legal applicability remains outside this technical check.
